If you thought freedom of speech and expression was incontrovertible in the United States, you were – sadly – wrong. As Reason reports, porn producer John Stagliano was indicted in federal court in April for obscenity, a case which continues with his next court date in November. Since nothing pisses me off more than the government infringing on these kinds of freedoms, I’ll be paying close attention to the case come November.
